Definition of heterotrophic nutrition:

=> The mode of nutrition in which non-green cannot synthesize their food but depend of other organism for their ready-made food is heterotrophic nutrition.

Types of heterotrophic nutrition:

=> Saprophytic nutrition

=> Parasitic nutrition

=> Symbiotic nutrition

=> Insectivorous plants or nutrition

(1) => Saprophytic nutrition

=> The mode of nutrition in which the organism obtains or acquires it's nutrition from the dead and decaying organic matter is called saprophytic nutrition.

(2) => Parasitic nutrition

=> The mode of nutrition in which the organism lives in or on the body of organism and receives it's nutrition from the hoast plant which we call parasitic nutrition.

(3) => Symbiotic nutrition

=> The mode of nutrition in which the two distinct organism are involved for synthesis of food for their mutual benefit and betterment is called symbiotic nutrition.

(4) => Insectivorous nutrition

=> The mode of nutrition in which the organism feeds on insects for fulfillment of nitrogenous requirements for their preparation of food and modification is called insectivorous nutrition.
