it is harmful in many ways ―

firstly it doesn't allows human body to take rest...
secondly it harms the ear and is responsible for hearing impairment....
third ... according to some study it increases the amount of fat in human body....
4th it increases the chance of heart attack...
it causes many other harmful diseases like – hypertension, high stress levels, tinnitus, hearing loss, sleep disturbances, and other harmful effects.....
