india is a secular country as their is no discrimination among people regarding caste, religion. such as Pakistan is a Islamic country but we can't say India as a country of one particular religion but it has people of every religion that's why it's a secular country.

India is a democratic country because it follows the rule of democracy moreover citizens of India have the right to choose their own representative. india has the biggest democracy .they have the right to express the thoughts, views and opinions so we can say that India is a democratic country
