Explain India's role in the Bangladesh War of 1971.

While India criticizes Pakistan for backing militants in Kashmir, it conveniently ignores its own filthy role in 1971 war. India helped Bangladesh in war against Pakistan because of many reasons. The large outpouring of the Hindus into the Indian territory from East Pakistan created a large chaos in the border
