Explain Industrial Dispute Act 1947 and its application in hospitals.

Industrial dispute act is constituted to resolve disputes among employer and employee, employee and employee

And hospital is cover under definition of industry as per industrial dispute act

So if any dispute arise then they can go through by this mechanism
