input and output processor which is also known as I/O processors are the types of processors which is usually made for handling the input and output related processes for the computer or other devices etc. These are generally not directly connected to the main processor .
The input/output processors are used in the I/O devices like the keyboard to give the input as input device and monitor function as the output devices. The input device take input from the user and output device shows the result.
