INTER CONVERSION STATE OF WAX:

Wax is a petrochemical product which is made up of hydrocarbons.

When wax is heated the following changes in states of matter occur :

---> First the wax is in solid state of matter when it is heated due to the temperature  , the slid state of matter converts to liquid..

---> Again after some time,  the wax is allowed to cool then liquid wax will turn to solid.

so we see a reversible change of inter conversion of solid to liquid and liquid to solid.

If a wick is added to wax it becomes candle where melted liquid  of wax turns into gaseous state and candle burns by giving light.

Products formed in burning of candle are: CO2 ,Heat and light energy
