Heya!
_____

★Ionisation Energy ★
____________________________________________________________
→Ionization Energy I.E is the energy required to eject an electron form the surface of a neutral gaseous atom.
→Factors effecting ionization energy :
=================================
⭐Size of atom : As the due increases , the ionization energy decreases as the electrons get farther from the nucleus .
⭐Nuclear Charge : Ionization Energy increases with an increase in nuclear charge . I,e more energy with increasing charge.
⭐Penetration Effect : s > p > d > f . We know that s orbital is closest to the nucleus . Thus this arrangement is given as above .
⭐Screening / Shielding effect : The outer electrons shield the inner electrons. Thus, ionization energy decreases with the screening effect.
⭐Electronic Configuration : Half filled and fully filled configurations are more stable and hence needs high ionization energy.
