✡ Irony is a literary devise which means to say something normally which is totally opposite of the reality . It's a kind of sarcasm (humorous way) .

For example ---. A person who is weak in studies , if u say him

↪ Oh ! U are such an intelligent guy .

Here , irony is used because he said this in sarcastic way .

Irony is something on which we can laugh.
Its just opposite of Reality.

Eg-  Yesterday Mumbai Indians played very well.

        But the reality is that they lost the match and RCB won.
