Hypotonic Solution - Those solution that has a lower osmotic pressure than another solution. In the biological fields, this generally refers to a solution that has less solute and more water than another solution. for example:-
Sugar solution, which has 25% of sugar and 75% of water.
Hypertonic Solution - A solution that has more solute than Solvent are called to be Hypertonic Solution. for example:- Sugar solution, which has 75% sugar and 25% salt.
Isotonic solution - A type of solution that has equal quantity of solute and solvent are called Isotonic solution. For example:- Solution having both equal 50% Solute and 50% Solvent.
