Pressure has dimensional formula of  \bold{M L^{-1} T^{-2}}

Solution:

Dimensional formula can be derived in terms of dimensions of Mass, Length and time. It tell us about the fundamental quantity entering into unit of quantity.

The dimensional formula given is M L^{-1} T^{-2}, which is explained as following,

Dimensional Formula = \left[\frac{M}{L T^{2}}\right]

Dimensional Formula= \frac{k g}{m \sec ^{2}}

So the unit becomes k g m^{-1} \sec ^{-2}

Unit derived is of Pressure as the given unit is of Pascal.

Pressure = \frac{\text { Force }}{\text { Area }}

Pressure = \left[\frac{M L T^{-2}}{L^{2}}\right]

Pressure = \left[M L^{-1} T^{-2}\right]
