I think you are facing difficulty regarding this construction.

Explanation

  1. Draw a circle of radius 5 cm
  2. Now you know that if you draw radius to two tangents then it's gonna be 90°.
  3. It's already given that angle between tangents should be 60°.
  4. So 60° + 90° + 90° + ∅ = 360°
  5. ∅ = 120°
  6. Means the two radius which you will draw should make angle 120° with each other.

Steps of Construction :-

  1. Drawn randomly a radius OA
  2. Then drawn angle AOB of 120°
  3. Drawn perpendiculars at A and B
  4. The point where tangents intersect is named as P of angle 60°
