Answer:

Length of CA or AC= sqrt of (9²+40²)

= sqrt of 81+1600

= sqrt of 1681

= 41 m

Group A= 9+40+41

= 90 m

Group B= 15+28+41

= 84 m

Group A cleaned more by 6 m.

Answer:

54m^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Triangle 1 - the right-angled

A= b x h/2

 =40 x9/2

 = 180m^2

Triangle 3 is drown on from d and connected to c.

This makes full rectangle; so I'll subtract that value from the first. Since, it's going to be the same size, when that invisible part is added.

A= b x h/2

   = b x 9/2

Use pythagarous theorem, to find the length of base.

c^2 - b^2 = a^2

15x15 - 9x9=a^2

144             =a^2

SQUARE ROOT

a=12

A= 12 x 9/2

  =54m^2

180-54=126m^2

Thus, triangle a to d to c has smallest area of 126m^2.
