Two types of sources of history are:
a.) Literary sources : these sources are mostly in written forms like Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Documents, Records, etc.
b.) Materialistic sources : These sources are mostly things which are obtained by excavations. They can be obtained from archeological process, anthropological processes, terracotta remains, fossils, etc.
