➡With his first law of planetary motion,Kepler rejected circular orbits and showed that an ellipse could betterexplain the observed motions of Mars. Generalized to all planets, it states that the orbit of a planet follows an ellipse with the Sun at one focus.
#hope it helps. ........

Kepler's Law➫ A law state that the orbit of each planet is an ellipse with the sun at one focus of the ellipse.

▸ This law is also known as - Kepler's Law 0f Planetary Motion.

➧The Kepler's Laws are:-▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃⤵

❶❫ Laws 0f 0rbit:-▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬☟

Every planets revolves around the sun in an Elliptical 0rbit with the Sun situated at one of the foci of the ellipse.

❷❫ Laws 0f Area:-▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬☟

Each planets moves in a such a way that an imaginary line drawn from the sun to the planets sweeps out equal area in equal intervals of time.

❸❫ Laws 0f Time Period:-▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬☟

The square of the orbital period of a planet is proportional to the cube of the semi-major axis of its 0rbit.
