Fungi is the third kingdom. Organisms of kingdom Fungi are basically saprophytes. They obtain their nutrition from dead animals by secreting various enzymes. Their body has a outer thin layer of sugar that is known as chitin. Examples => agaricus, or other edible fungi etc.

Fungi have no chlorophyll and their body is not defferentiated into parts like St root etc. But when compared to bacteria they are more highly evolved and they are eukaryotes.
