Explain labour problem in textile industry

Following are some reasons ;

1.sickness:

Sickness can play a big role in labour problem. The industry is somewhat mainly directly or indirectly depndent on labours, if the labours r not fit how could the indstr proceed and prosper..

2.low wages:

Low wages is also responsible for lack of labours in industry. They are not provided with sufficient amount of money for their work, with which they can fulfill its own and its family needs.

3.comfort:

The labours working in particular industry, should be also provided with best comfort(Residential sets etc..),and the labours should not b suppressed by the Manager rudely.

4.overtime:

The labours working in an industry should not forced by the head to work for extra time.... Which inturn becomes the reason for shortage of labours
