The excerpt has been taken from the poem 'Not Marble, nor the Gilded monuments', written by William Shakespeare.

In the last sonnet, the poet talks about judgement day meaning that his rhyme and his love for poetry will last till the last day till the world exists.

The last day until which the Earth exists is called as the Judgement Day or the Doomsday.

The poet says that his rhyme and poetry will last in the minds of the youth till Judgement Day.
