=>Law of dominance state
that in a cross of parents that are pure for Contrasting trait,Only one form of the trait will appear in first Generation.

the first generation only the tall plant
are express,there is no Short plant in the first generation.
So, Here tall plant dominated the short plant ,so it is called Dominated trait.
Short plant do not got express so, it is Called Recessive trait.
