LAW OF RECIPROCAL PROPORTION ------
according to it the ratio of the masses of the 2 elements A and B which combine separately with a fixed mass of 3rd element C
then they have same or simple multiple of the ratio of the masses of A and B which combine directly with each other .

GAY LUSSAC'S LAW-
according to it when gas is reacts together they always do so in the volumes which bear a simple or whole number ratio with the volume of products at constant temperature and pressure .
