Low spin complex are the complex of inner orbital complex are the complex of atom having no unpaired electron of less and paid electron for example the ameen group present with any metal having even electronic configuration causes low electron complex but on the other hand the higher electron complex has more unpaid electron and so known as high spin complex it is formed when the donor atom is weekly legend for example halogen oxygen donors
