lymph is a colorless, watery fluid and white blood cells. It comes from interstitial fluid in the tissues which is squeezed out of the blood vessels.

Lymph is the tissue formed by a part of blood that comes out of capillaries into intercellular spaces. It carries some amount of plasma, protein and blood cells. It helps in transportation. It carries the digested fat from intestine and drains excess fluid from extra cellular space.
