The elements that can be easily magnetised or that are attracted towards a magnet are called magnetic elements. For example- Iron, cobalt, nickel, etc.
✔ These metals attract towards the magnet.
✔ They can be magnetised by passing electric current through them.
So, they are magnetic elements, as the name suggests.

Magnet always have two poles :-
North pole and a south pole.
Like poles repel each other while unlike attract.
