explain me easily about constitutional remedies?

1. meaning→rights are like guarantees and must,therefore,be enforced. As such under the constitution, people can approach the supreme court or the high court of the state for the enforcement of their fundamental rights. This is called the right to constitutional remedies. Dr. BR Ambedkar called this right , the heart and soul of the the constitution  because we can seek remedy through courts for the violation of our rights.
