Ok. Fine. Check it out.

We know that,

 \sqrt[n]{a}  =  {a}^{ \frac{1}{n} }

So,

 (\sqrt[n]{a})^{n}  =  ({a}^{ \frac{1}{n} } )^{n}

Simplifying the right hand side, we get,

 (\sqrt[n]{a})^{n}  =  a^{n \times  \frac{1}{n} }

\implies (\sqrt[n]{a})^{n}  =  a
