Here is ur answer....

If there is fire accident ....u need to cover it with something which will stop the supply of o2.

Here in these lines woollen blanket has been given as a material to stop o2 passage.....

when fire is burning, we should wrap the burning object with a a woolen blanket because it cuts off the supply of oxygen and as we know oxygen is needed for burning so as soon as we will wrap the burning object with blanket it cuts off the supply of oxygen so it stops burning
