no it can't be zero
when the base is 4 and n is natural number
the unit digit will be either 4/6
for eg
4 power 1=4
4power 2=16 unit digit 6
4 power 3=64 unit digit 4

the demand of the question is that if 4 is raised to any power(exponent) then will the unit place digit be zero or not
