Due to introduction of spinning jenny productivity of a mill increased. This reduced the labour cost which in turn reduced the price of goods. Also reduced the time for production. Now a mill owner can compete for his goods in the international market. Spinning Jenny thus in turn increased the income of the workers and reduced the work force on the workers.
