Soluble salts which are not ammonium, sodium and potassium salts can be prepared by reacting dilute acids with insoluble metals, bases or carbonates.

Acid + metal → salt + hydrogen.

Acid + metal oxide → salt + water.

Acid + metal hydroxide → salt + water.

Acid + metal carbonate → salt + water + carbon dioxide.

Answer:

salt is soluble material and there is no method to preparation of soluble salt but salt can't solute when water contains enough minerals, and if you want to add more salt to the water then you have to boil the water.
