In triangle ABC
DE//CB
and D is the mid point of AC
TO PROVE: E is the mid point ofAB
PROOF: IN triangle ABC
DE//CB
then by BPT
AD/DC=AE/EB
but AD=DC (given)
=AD/AD=AE/AB
1=AE/EB
AE=EB
THEREFORE
E is the mid point of AB
DE//CB
and D is the mid point of AC
