HEYA UR ANSWER IS .....

MITOCHONDRIA - are organelles or parts of eukaryotic cell . They are present in cytoplasm not in the nucleus . They are also called "the powerhouse of a cell " .An
organelle found in large numbers in most cells, in which the biochemical processes of respiration and energy production occur. It has a double membrane, the inner part being folded inwards to form layers .
The mitochondria are now double-membraned organelles that exist within a eukaryotic cell's cytoplasm, the types of cells that make up our body. The cytoplasmis gel-like and located inside a cell's plasma membrane but outside of the nucleus. And an organelle is simply a membrane-bound structure responsible for a specific function within a cell.

Mitochondria are the organlles present within the eukaryotic cells, provide ATP ( ADESOINE TRIPHOSPHATE).

ATP is the main energy molecules in the cell..

For that reason mitochondria also known as " Powerhouse for the cell".

Mitochondria is present in the all eukaryotic cells, that are living in nature and can't contains bacteria.

Mitochondria produce energy i. e. ATP in the cell by the process of cercullur respiration, specially aerobic respiration.(, which needs oxygen to convert glucose into useful products... in body..)
