cell is the basic structural and fundamental unit of life. cell is known as the building blocks of life. there was 6 types of cells in the human body . they are: bone cell muscle cell ovum sperm nerve cell etc. cell is discovered by robert hooke in 1665. he observed the cork resembles the structure of honeycomb. cell is mainly consits up of nucleus cytoplasm and plasma membrane. nucleus is known as the brain of the cell. it controls all the activities of cell . it known as the brain of the cell. cytoplasm is a fluid that fills the cell or occurs between the plasma membrane or nuclear cell . it is the organelles in which the ribosomes mitochondria golgi bodies are present. plasma membrane it is the outermost covering of the cell that seprate its constant from its extarnal environment. therefore it is known as selectively permeable membrane.
