molarity is moles of solute divided by litres of solvent .So one mole HCL in one litre of water is one molar HCL . In monoprotic acids and bases(one H+ or one OH- such as HCL and NAOH ) Normality = Mortality , so one molar HCL is same as one normal HCL.
