Avogadro's number of particles represents one mole of substance.
Avogadro's number=6.022×10²³
The molecular mass of the substance expressed in grams which is numerically equal to the molecular mass in U.The molecular mass of a substance can be calculated as the sum of the atomic masses of all the atoms which constitute a molecule of that substance
for example,
molecular mass of NH3 =Atomic mass of N+3× atomic mass of H
= 14 +3×1=17
