Procedure for a Money Bill: Money Billscan be introduced only in Lok Sabha (the directly elected 'people's house' of the Indian Parliament). Money bills passed by the Lok Sabha are sent to the Rajya Sabha (the upper house of parliament, elected by the state and territorial legislatures or appointed by the president).

Money bill deals with money matters like taxes, income, borrowing grants etc.
“A Money bill” is introduced only in the Lok Sabha. It goes through three readings.

◾️When Lok Sabha passes it, it goes to the Rajya Sabha.
◾The Rajya Sabha cannot reject it, but it can make suggestions only, which the Lok Sabha may not accept.
◾Then the Bill is deemed to have been passed and sent to the President who gives it his assent.
