Sandra Mariam Jacob answered this. when tall plants and short plants were pollinated the progeny consisted of tall plant and three fourth short plants which shows tall plants were dominant over recessive short plants. THe dominant trait gets expressed in the progeny whereas the recessive gets hidden .
