One might say that grass trembled in the afternoon at the gentle caress of the wind.
They might also say that the grass became agitated, turning to and fro as if whispering to its neighbors until I heard the suserrations became a worried warning.
The rushing, mighty wind took the grass like a faith healer laying down a true believer and bent it back until it collapsed shaking and overwhelmed but still somehow beautiful in the arc of its fall.
The grass tickled the sky while the wind ran aimlessly through it making it giggle and wiggle and occasionally jump. The meadow birds danced with dragonflies as if they too heard the merry tune and the coneflowers only bobbed their heads like stiff and prickly old maids infatuated with the youthful wind.
