acquired immunity=it is pathogen specific. it is charectetised by memory. when a body encounters pathogen for first time, it produces response called primary response. when body encounters with same pathogen, it exhibit high intensified secondary response. this is due to first encounter.

natural immunity=present at time of birth. eg physical barrier like skin, physiological barrier like acid in stomach, cellular barriers like monocyte and cytokine barrier.

Immunity means the inbuilt power of body to resist something. It varies from person to person. And natural immunity means the immunity which we were born with. And the acquired immunity means the developed immunity which we gradually inculcated in us by the surroundings.
