Newton's Third Law says to every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction....

Example when a person throws a package out of a boat, the boat moves in opposite direction. The person exerts force on the package. The package exerts an equal and opposite force back on the person, and this force propells the person.

Hope it helped....

Newton's third law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction this can be seen in the propulsion of rockets as the rocket ignites and starts to burn its fuel the hot exhaust is faced downwards so that gasses may come out of it. The gases coming out of is action, to that action the rocket will move up, that is reaction

There u go newton's third law with an example

Hope its helpful
