Newron third law states that
" for every action there is always an equal but opposite reaction"
for example
1. we walk on ground as an action we pushes the ground backward with our feet and as a reaction the ground pushes our feet in forward direction
2. birds fly in air as a reaction they pushes air with their wings in backward direction as a reaction air pushes them in forward direction
