The circulation of nitrogen through the living and non living compounds of the biosphere (air, water, soil, plants and animals) is called nitrogen cycle.
Whereas, the cycle of thermonuclear reactions believed to occurs in stars, in which carbon nuclei are repeatedly formed and broken down in the conversion of hydrogen into helium.
