Nitrogen has +ve electron enthalpy because its p orbital is half filled and stable. It does want one more electron and reduce stability while oxygen has four electrons in p orbitals and it can easily accommodate one more electron due to its more z effective. In ionisation enthalpy we have to give energy to release electron nitrogen has half filled stable configuration so we have to give more energy to release it's electron
