Noun Phrase :- a word or group of words containing a noun and functioning in a sentence as subject, object, or prepositional object.
Example:-Aunt Audrey's dog, the dog on the sofa, the neighbour's dog that chases our cat, the dog digging in the new flower bed.
Noun In Apposition:-Apposition is a grammatical construction in which two elements, normally noun phrases, are placed side by side, with one element serving to identify the other in a different way; the two elements are said to be in apposition.
Example:-S.M Zakir Hussein, author of many renowned books, is a philosopher.
