it takes food using pseudopodia i.e.extension of the cells surface whci fuse over the food particles which brings to the existence or produce a food vacuole . inside the food vacuole complex substance are demolished  into simpler substance which is then diffused into the cytoplasm and the remaining undigested material and wastes are removed to the surface of the cell and it throws out of the cell .
