Ohm's law states,"current produces in a conductor is directly proportional to potential difference across it, given that physical conditions remain same."
 V directly proportional to I
V=IR, where R is a constant, resistance

So we get a formula from Ohm's law-
V=IR, where V= p.d.
                     I=current
                     R= resistance

1)ohm's law deals with the relationship between voltage and current in an ideal conductor .This relationship stats that:

the constant of proportionally is called resistance (R)
ohm's law is given by
V=IR
where V is potential difference between two points which include a resistance (R). I is current flowing through the resistance. Fir biological work it is ogten preferred to use the coductance ,g=1/R in this form ohm's law is
I=gv
