Materials required: a glass test tube with open end, balloon,water

Procedure: tie a balloon to the lower end of the test tube hold the tube vertically and pour some water into it. you will see the rubber membrane bulges out. now add more water

the rubber membrane bulges more.

Conclusion: so this concludes that pressure exerted by a liquid increases with the height of the liquid column

take a container filled with with water. keep it on a horizontal surface.make holes at different heights of the bottle. you will see that the water is spurting in all these holes.this shows that liquid exerts pressure in all directions
