oxidation- is any chemical reaction that involves the moving of electrons. Specifically, it means the substance that gives away electrons is oxidized.
addition reaction-a reaction in which one molecule combines with another to form a larger molecule with no other products.
substitution reation-is a chemical reaction during which one functional group in a chemical compound is replaced by another functional group.

Oxidation reaction is a reaction in which the atoms of an element lose electrons and the valency of the element increases.Example:CO2+H2=CO+H2O
Addition reaction is a chemical reaction in which one molecule is added to another.
And substitution reaction is a chemical reaction during which one functional group in a chemical compound is replaced by another functional group.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY EXAMPLE FOR ADDITION AND SUBSTITUTION REACTION!!!!!...................................................
HOPE THIS HELPS U...............................^_^
