parkinson's disease  - spoiling of CNS which mainly attacks on midbrain which causes dying of tissues in brain which caused by the lack of dopamine secretion .
symptoms -  involuntary  tremor , change in behaviour , deficit  in thinking power , muscle stiffness and laziness .
