Electrons having the same value of n, l, m are said to belong to the same orbital.
example:
shell: k
principal quantum no(n): 1
azimuthal quantum no(l): 0
magnetic quantum no(m): 0
spin quantum no(s): +1/2 or -1/2

principal quantum no(n): 1
azimuthal quantum no(l): 0
magnetic quantum no(m): 0
spin quantum no(s): +1/2 or -1/2

Pauli Exclusion Principle.
The Pauli Exclusion Principle states that, in an atom or molecule, no two electrons can have the same four electronic quantum numbers.
...As an orbital can contain a maximum of only two electrons, the two electrons must have opposing spins.
