Explain phototropism and geotropism in plants .are there any similar examples in the animal world also

hi!

phototropism - growth of shoot (of plant) in the direction of sunlight is known as phototropism.this happens due to presence of auxins.

geotropism - growth of root (of plant) towards and into soil.

  • it is not similar in animal world.
